With a bachelors degree in global health & Spanish and a masters degree in occupational therapy, Naomi combines her passions for diversity, culture, and pediatrics into her practice at Kids Unlimited.
Naomi has worked all over the globe with children of varying backgrounds, cultures, and capabilities. From a community-based rehabilitation program in India to school-based therapy in Spain, from pediatric clinics in Ecuador to clinics in Chicago, Naomi is now back at Kids Unlimited in her hometown of Oak Park! Naomi is a full-time employee at Kids Unlimited.
Naomi incorporates evidence-based interventions into her practice, dedicated to ongoing education and training in interventions related to pediatric practice. Interventions include but are not limited to: Sensory Integration, Interactive Metronome, Handwriting Without Tears, The Alert Program, Astronaut Training. Naomi is a certified Interactive Metronome provider.
Naomi takes a holistic child-centered and family-centered approach to therapy, working on the belief that each child is unique but shares the innate desires to learn, grow, develop, seek positivity, and most importantly to PLAY!
